What is the best way to contact you?
For general inquiries, the best way to contact
me is either by filling out the contact
form or by sending email at email@example.com For
project inquires, I ask that you please fill the questionnaire that
I send to you through mail after you come up with a project request.
This form gives me a good idea of your needs so that I can prepare
a detailed proposal for your review.
How quickly will I get responce from you?
Typical response time for electronic messages
like these is usually by the same or next business day.
How soon can you get started on my project?
I typically book projects 3-6 weeks in advance. You’ll
want to keep this in mind for planning purposes so that we can get
your project scheduled as soon as possible.
The process generally starts out with an inquiry through
the contact ways
mentioned, after which a detailed questionnaire is sent to you. Once
you receive the questionnaire, we can discuss it further in order to
address any questions you may have, and to decide on the best plan
of action for your site.
After deciding upon all things 50% deposit
secures your spot on our development schedule.
How long will it take to finish my web site?
It’s difficult to give an exact answer for this,
as it all depends on the complexity of the project, how quickly you
provide your feedback, as well as how big your web site is.
How much does a web site cost?
There isn’t a quick answer to this question, as there
are so many factors involved…
For example – Do you need a static HTML web site,
or a CMS (Content Management System) such as WordPress? Do you just
need a custom WordPress theme, or do you need us to develop all of
the interior pages, as well? Is this a 5 page site or a 50 page site?
There are too many factors about it and it’s important
for me to have proper details of your project.
If you want to know how much your web site
will cost then please send a request for a detailed questionnaire.
What is your design process?
I have defined six primary
steps in the web site design and development process page. From
gathering initial information, to the creation of your web site,
and finally to maintenance to keep your web site up to date. Visit
the process page to get a better idea about this.
Where can I view my web site in progress?
Once the initial design for your web site is complete,
you will be given a link where your website will be hosted for testing.
Here you will be able to view the initial designs, offer feedback for
revisions, give approval to begin development, etc
Once I have your approval on the completed
web site, as well as receive payment on the final balance, your web
site is transferred from our client area to your web server – making
the site “live” and viewable to the public.
Will my site work in different web browsers?
Yes! Although I go with Mozilla Firefox, for its strong
support of web standards, I do test your web site in the latest versions
of popular web browsers for optimum cross-browser compatibility.
Please note that I focus on the current web
browser versions. In particular, when it comes to Internet Explorer,
I test with IE7 and IE8 in mind. Due to its lack of security features,
and lack of compliance with current web standards, I have stopped supporting
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments made with Visa, Master Card via
PayPal (PayPal account not required). I also accept online transfer
of money to account.
A signed contract and 50% deposit secure your
start date on our schedule. Final balance is due upon completion of
the project, before transfer of files to your web server.
